3EP has been designed to support you as an educator and will provide you with active experience of different teaching methods and pedagogies. You will have the chance to work with other educators as well as local entrepreneurs to explore your teaching and develop your approach.
Institutional
Your institution will gain from your experience and your ideas and knowledge. You will be exposed to a range of ideas which can support the development of the Entrepreneurial University and help you use your teaching in context. The Summer Academy will explore the development of entrepreneurial students, staff and culture and your role within this. You will also gain access to a wide range of new materials which you will be invited to share with your colleagues and students.
Network
You will join an exclusive network of enterprise educators from all across Europe, cumulating to 180 individuals over the 3 years of the programme. As a part of the 3EP network, members will be able to communicate with eachother and continue to share best practice and learning materials through the online portal.
The European Enterprise Educators programme was astounding and intensive. Its practical approach, scope, and structure were very effective. Underpinned by sound academic theory, it has given me inspiration and confidence to deliver entrepreneurial programmes and also to communicate to academic colleagues the importance of entrepreneurship in higher education. I would strongly recommend the programme for academic staff involved in teaching of any discipline, and also for senior university managers to gain an insight into the importance of enterprise education in times of change. Completing this programme will give you, your students, and your institution an advantage.
