As a participant of the Academy you are expected to undertake a personal commitment to develop a project you want to achieve during the programme, which will also contribute to your status as 3EP Fellow. You will be supported to complete the project by a mentor and your network of colleagues from the Academy.

3EP was an excellent international forum to interact with Entrepreneurship Educators and to exchange practical experience and best practice from several European states. The mentoring program facilitates the development of implementing the new ideas developed from the exchange. I have already implemented learnings from 3EP and continue to share ideas with 'new' international colleagues!
