Fees

This programme is supported under the Competiveness and Innovation Programme of the European Commission therefore we are delighted to offer highly competitive rates for delegates based in European Union member countries for 3EP UK Academy.

• Only 40 exclusive places are available so book as soon as possible
• The programme fee includes your ticket to the GEC 2012 Main Event worth £300 alone
• Prices do not include travel and accommodation for the Academy

Payment

The programme fee is payable by debit or credit card or bank transfer depending on your payment choice when registering. Payment is made to the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship (the legal name of NCEE), the lead partner for 3EP. After registering you will be sent a link to a payment form which you should fill out and follow the instructions as prompted. 

By Credit or Debit Card

• Debit or credit card payments will be paid via Paypal
• You do not need a Paypal account to pay through this method 
• After registering your payment details with us and selecting you would like to pay by debit or credit card, you will receive an invoice from us via Paypal withing 5 working days
• Payments must be paid in full within 21 days of the invoice date
• Payments made with a debit or credit card will be subject to a 3% processing charge 

By Bank Transfer

• After registering your payment details with us and selecting you would like to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice from us within 5 working days
• Payments must be paid in full within 21 days of the invoice date 

Late Payments

3EP reserves the right to re-allocate the programme place to another delegate 20 days prior to the programme start date where fees have not been paid in full at the time.

Substitute Delegates

Places on the programme can be transfered to a substitute delegate free of charge at any time. Please inform of us of the new delegate details as soon as you are aware. 

Cancelling your Place 

• Cancellations will not be refunded
• Delegate places may be transferred in writing to another named person (please see section, above)

Cancellation of Programme by 3EP

3EP reserve the right to modify or cancel the Academy if unforeseen circumstances arise. We may be required to change the programme location, programme date or to postpone the programme as necessary. We will endeavour to give the delegates as much advance notice as possible of any such change. If the delegate is unable to attend a course at the revised location or date, a full refund will be offered in this case.

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations outside our control; these would include adverse weather conditions, major incidents or industrial action. We will not be liable for any other cost incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages.
